SharpBuyers.com is a national real estate referral service headquartered in Boston Massachusetts. We feel that the Internet will change the way real estate will be sold and purchased. As a result SharpBuyers.com aims to be one of the first companies to bring awareness to this change.
With today's technology, it has never been easier for buyers and sellers to find or sell a home. With this in mind, we are looking for brokers and agents who are looking to expanded their business by offering a commission rebate. You can still conduct your business as usual but the clients you receive through SharpBuyers.com will be willing to do most or all of the leg work while you assist them with the process and give them a portion of the commission in the form of a rebate. In the case of sellers we refer to you , full service listings will be done for a 3%-4% commission.
Agents: SharpBuyers.com membership is FREE and you are only required to pay a 20% lead fee if the lead results in a closing. Our website is currently under construction but if you are interested in joining our network please send an email to AgentServices@SharpBuyers.com and someone will contact you shortly.
Note: If your state does not allow rebates, you can still join the network. The Buyers in those states will have the option of making donation in their name to the charity of their choice.
