New Jesrsey Now Allows Real Estate Rebates

As of January 25 2010, Real Estate Brokers can now offer home buyers a real estate rebate at closing. Then, Governor John Corzine signed a law allowing real estate rebates to be distributed by Real Estate Brokers, prior to leaving office. This will allow New Jersey Home buyers to save thousands of dollars on their next home purchases.
